RESIGNATION OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
resignation of the Group Company Secretary, Ms Lebohang Mpumlwana, with effect from 22 December
2023.
The board of directors of Invicta would like to thank Ms. Mpumlwana for her contribution to the Company
and wishes her everything of the best for the future.
Craig Barnard, who has fulfilled this position previously, will be acting company secretary until a suitable
permanent replacement is appointed.
An announcement will be made in due course relating to the appointment of a new permanent Group
Company Secretary.
