Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of the company held on
5 December 2023, Mazars South Africa was appointed as auditors to the company in
replacement of BDO South Africa Inc., who had resigned at the request of the company due to a
tender process embarked upon in anticipation of the introduction of the mandatory rotation of
auditors.
