DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN PICK N PAY STORES LIMITED
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that FMR LLC has acquired shares in the
Company and its total beneficial interest now amounts to 6.57% of the total number of shares
in issue.
Formal notification has been received from FMR LLC and the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
