RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on
31 October 2023 and are advised that the Company and the Auditors are still busy with
the audit and Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2023. Any final
audit adjustments have still not been received. The Annual report is being prepared in
conjunction with the finalisation of the audit.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when trading in
the Company's shares until the announcement of the year end results.
