Brimstone shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS today by Sea
Harvest Group Limited ("Sea Harvest"), a 54% held subsidiary of Brimstone, regarding discussions related
to a potential acquisition by Sea Harvest (the "Potential Transaction").
The Potential Transaction, if concluded by Sea Harvest, may have a material effect on the price of
Brimstone's securities. Accordingly, Brimstone shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
