Notification of Change of Auditor
In compliance with paragraph 6.25 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements ("Debt Listings
Requirements"), noteholders are advised that PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC") has been
appointed as the Company's external auditor, with Mr. Francois Prinsloo as designated audit partner, for the
financial year ending 31 March 2024, replacing KPMG Incorporated ("KPMG"). The appointment of PwC
complies with paragraphs 6.22 and 6.23 of the Debt Listings Requirements.
The change in audit firm was initiated by the (subsequently repealed) rule on mandatory audit firm rotation
("MAFR").
The Board sincerely thanks KPMG for its work with the Company over the years and welcomes PwC as the
new external auditor of the Company.
