CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 29 November 2023,
notifying shareholders that the board of directors ("Board") intends to appoint Mr Kevin
Hodgson ('Kevin') as a non-executive director of the Company.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board
wishes to advise that Kevin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
and chairman of Trellidor with effect from 14 December 2023.
Kevin will also Chair the Nomination Committee and be appointed as a member of the
Remuneration Committee; Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee as well as a member of the
Social & Ethics Committee.
The Company confirms that the appointment was made in accordance with the Board
nomination policy. The Board welcomes Kevin and looks forward to his contribution to
Trellidor.
