CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Independent Non-Executive Director, Maya Makanjee (Ms. Makanjee) has resigned
from the board of directors of Ellies (the "Board"), with effect from 31 December 2023, due to her other commitments.
The Chairman and all members of the Board wish to thank Ms. Makanjee for her valuable contributions and wish her
well in her future endeavours.
