Shareholders are advised that the formal discussions with Cognition's holding company,
Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers Limited, which were referred to in the cautionary
announcement released on Wednesday, 15 November 2023, are still ongoing.
Shareholders are therefore urged to continue to exercise caution in their dealings in shares
in the company pending further announcements in this regard.
The board collectively and individually accepts responsibility for the information contained
in this announcement and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the
