TERMINATION OF SERVICES OF AUDITOR
Shareholders are advised that the Company have sent a notice of termination of services to the auditors
on 9 January 2024. The termination of services was prompted by concerns regarding the timely and
efficient completion of the audit for the fiscal year ending on 31 May 2023, due to a steady breakdown
of the relationship and communication from October 2023 onwards.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised of the termination of the services of Nolands Cape Town with
immediate effect and are informed that the Company will begin the process of appointing new auditors
during January 2024.
