GPI ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 11 December 2023, GPI invites those
shareholders who voted against the remuneration policy and the implementation of the
remuneration policy at the annual general meeting of GPI held on 8 December 2023 to engage
with the Company by submitting written questions or comments to the Company Secretary via
e-mail at tazneem@statucor.co.za by no later than the close of business on 13 February 2024.
These shareholders will be granted time at 15h00 on Thursday, 29 February 2024 when the
Remuneration Committee will engage with them via electronic means on the matters raised.
