With reference to the announcement published on SENS on 2 January 2024, containing the full details
of the disposal agreement in terms of which the Company proposes to dispose of its investment property
in San Diego, California, United States of America, shareholders are advised that the cautionary
announcement published on SENS on 13 December 2023 is withdrawn and that they no longer need
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities.
