CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Sebata ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Pierre van Eeden ("Pierre")
has resigned as the Group Financial Director with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Pierre for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
Mr Greg Morris, the Group Chief Executive Officer, will assume the responsibilities of the Financial
Director, in addition to his current role with immediate effect.
