Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 16 January 2024, regarding the Salient dates
in respect of the amalgamation of the Satrix ILBI ETF (JSE Code – STXIFL) ("source fund") with the Satrix
ILBI ETF (JSE Code – STXILB) ("target fund").
The amalgamation of the Satrix ILBI ETF (JSE Code – STXIFL) ("source fund") with the Satrix ILBI ETF
(JSE Code – STXILB) ("target fund") will proceed as announced.
Conversion ratio:
The current conversion ratio: For each STXIFL unit, an investor will receive 11.7690 STXILB units.
Investors will be informed of the issue price on Wednesday, 31 January 2024.
