RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Michelle Nana has resigned
as Omnia's company secretary and will leave the employ of the Company on completion of her notice period on
22 April 2024. The board of directors of Omnia thanks Michelle for her contribution to the Company and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
The process of appointing a new company secretary will commence and a further announcement in this regard will be
released in due course.
