CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF REBOSIS
In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the appointed joint Business Rescue Practitioners
(the "BRPs") and the board of directors of Rebosis (the "Board") hereby notify shareholders that Ms
Asathi Magwentshu has resigned as financial director of the Board with effect from 1 January 2024.
The Board and the BRPs would like to thank Asathi for her contribution to the Company and wish her
all the best in her future endeavours. The Company has commenced a process of identifying a
suitable replacement and shareholders will be advised as soon as such appointment has been made.
