In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt Listings Requirements,
Sentinel Finco wishes to advise noteholders that Shirvan Suleman Schrueder was appointed as
Alternate Director to Wilhelmus Johannes Badenhorst and Brendan Harmse on the board of
directors of the Issuer, with effect from 15 August 2022.
Change in the Name of the Company Secretary
Noteholders are hereby advised that the name of the Company Secretary has changed from
Maitland Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd to Stonehage Fleming Corporate Services (Pty) Ltd
(Registration number: 2008/020146/07).
