Update Preference share dividend announcement – IMRP8
Further to the Dividend announcement released on 23 January 2024, a rounding difference was noted.
Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net dividend
of 134,262.53150 ZAR cents per Preference Share (instead of 134,262.53151 ZAR cents which was
previously communicated).
All other salient details remain the same.
