Shareholders of African Equity Empowerment Investments Limited ("AEEI") are advised that the
Company's latest 2023/2024 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ("B-BBEE") certificate is
available on the Company's website at: https://aeei.co.za/about-us/corporate-governance/b-bbee-

AEEI is pleased to announce that it has retained a Level Four B-BBEE rating with the new certificate
being valid until 17 December 2024.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company's annual compliance report pursuant to section
13G(2) of the B-BBEE Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013, and in accordance with paragraph 16.21(g)
and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, has been published and is
