Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Life Healthcare Funding, and the guarantors to
the R7 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, namely Life Healthcare Group Holdings
Limited, Life Healthcare Group Proprietary Limited, Alliance Medical Limited and Life UK Holdco Limited
(collectively, the "Guarantors") for the year ended 30 September 2023 (collectively the "financial statements") are
available for inspection through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit reports on the financial statements were unqualified.
The annual financial statements of Life Healthcare Funding have also been made available on their website at
