In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No .71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Southern Sun has received formal notification that clients of Coronation
Asset Management (Pty) Ltd ("Coronation") have, in aggregate, disposed an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company,
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Coronation's clients now amounts to 7.63%.
The board of directors of Southern Sun ("the board") has relied on the accuracy of the information contained in the TRP 121.1
notification from Coronation in making this announcement, for which the board accepts responsibility and which information to
the best of its knowledge and belief is true. The board is not aware of any omission to this announcement that is likely to affect
the importance of the information included.
