QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
QUARTERLY UPDATE
In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required
to provide an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the
Company until the Suspension is lifted.
The Company has terminated the audit services with the Auditors, namely Nolands Cape
and the JSE has been advised of the change and an announcement was made on SENS
on 10 January 2024.
The Company is in the process of appointing new auditors and an announcement will be
made in due course in this regard.
The Company will become compliant with the JSE Listings Requirements once it has
issued its audited Annual Financial Statements and the Annual Report has been
distributed to shareholders.
