AMENDMEND TO THE APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENT UNDER THE SOUTH AFRICAN
SECURITISATION PROGRAMME (RF) LTD – SERIES 3
On 01 October 2023, South African Securitisation Programme (RF) Ltd
(the "Issuer") requested Noteholder approval in relation to the
amendment of the Final Maturity Date in the Appliable Pricing
Supplement issued under Series 3.
The Issuer had requested Noteholders approval to amend the Applicable
Pricing Supplements for the purpose of updating the Final Maturity
Date specified therein.
The noteholders for the following classes of notes were engaged to
provide approval:
• Class A6
• Class A7
• Class B6
• Class B7
• Class C6
• Class C7
An extraordinary written resolution was passed based on Noteholders'
votes obtained for Class A.
• Class A 70.12%
The Issuer was unable to obtain sufficient votes for the Class B and
Class C notes to pass an extraordinary written resolution.
• Class B 63.16%
• Class C 55.56%
