Update Preference share dividend announcement – IMRP2
Further to the Dividend announcement released on 07 February 2024, a rounding difference was noted.
Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net dividend
of 13,307.43378 ZAR cents per Preference Share (instead of 13,307.43377 ZAR cents which was
previously communicated).
All other salient details remain the same.
