APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr James Templeton has been appointed as a non-executive director of Collins with effect from
6 February 2024.
Mr Templeton is 50 years of age and holds a B. Comm Hons degree and is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and Charter Holder. He was employed at Barnard Jacobs Mellet from 1996 to 2003 where he
covered various sectors including real estate. He was the CEO of Emira Property Fund for 11 years
and was appointed as the CEO of Castleview Property Fund, a REIT listed on the JSE Limited's AltX,
in 2017.
The board of directors welcomes Mr Templeton and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
