CHANGE IN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are referred to the voluntary announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service
on 8 November 2023 related to the acquisition of the OUTvest digital investments platform from
OUTsurance.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Robert Michael Head, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed
as independent non-executive director and chair on the board of directors of OUTvest Nominees (RF)
Proprietary Limited, registration number 2016/379671/07, with effect from 12 February 2024.
