RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 25 August 2023, the
subsequent renewals thereof, the last of which was dated 5 January 2024, and to the announcement released
on SENS on 5 September 2023 (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated), wherein
shareholders were advised that, inter alia, Wescoal Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had
commenced a voluntary business rescue process in terms of Section 129(1) of the Companies Act.
As the business rescue process may have a material effect on the price of Salungano Group's securities,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a
further announcement is made.
