Goldway Capital Investment Limited (company registration number 3294426) (Goldway)
refers to the non-binding indicative offer of 18 December 2023 that was referred to in the
ASX announcement of 19 December 2023 regarding an off-market takeover offer for all of
the ordinary shares in MC Mining Limited ACN 008 905 388 (ASX: MCM) (Offer).
Pursuant to item 8 of subsection 633(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Goldway gives
notice that it has today completed dispatch of its bidder's statement dated 2 February 2024
and its supplementary bidder's statement dated 15 February 2024 to offerees in relation to
the Offer.
