CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE SOCIAL, ETHICS AND TRANSFORMATION COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59c of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
following changes to FirstRand's social, ethics and transformation committee:
- Ms TC Isaacs and Mr LL von Zeuner have been appointed as members effective 1 April 2024; and
- Mr JP Burger will resign as a committee member effective 31 March 2024.
