UPDATE ON LIQUIDATION APPLICATION FILED BY ORDINARY SHAREHOLDER
Holders of securities are referred to the announcements released on SENS on:
o 21 October 2022 and 14 March 2023 wherein they were advised of the urgent liquidation application
filed by an ordinary shareholder against the Company ("the Application"), which was duly opposed
by the Company; and
o 13 June 2023 wherein they were advised that judgment in the Application, which was heard in the
High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria ("Court") on 8 and 9 June 2023, was reserved.
Holders of securities are hereby advised that, on 20 February 2024, judgment was handed down by the
Court and the Application was dismissed with costs.
Holders of securities are further referred to the 'Quarterly Progress Report - 31 December 2023'
announcement released on SENS on 14 December 2023 and are advised that they will be provided with
an update thereto by way of a further SENS announcement once available.
