RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (the "Board") wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Ms Phakama Mbikwana as a non-
executive director of the Company effective from 31 March 2024. In addition, Phakama has also resigned as
a member of the audit and risk committee, as well as chair of the social and ethics committee.
Graham Blackshaw, chairman, noted as follows: "Phakama has served the Board with distinction since joining
in 2018, carrying out her duties with care and dedication. Her balanced and often innovative approach to all
matters will be greatly missed and we thank her for her contribution to the Company and wish her well in her
future endeavours".
