UPDATE ON THE ALRODE DEPOT ACQUISITION
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 11 January 2024 and
31 January 2024, wherein the Company advised that it concluded agreements for the
purchase of the Alrode Depot for a total consideration of R3.8 million, and that the transfer of
ownership of the Alrode Depot is expected to occur on or about 29 February 2024.
Shareholders are hereby advised that, due to delays in finalising the rates clearance accounts
with the City of Ekurhuleni, this transfer is now expected to occur by the end of April 2024.
