NOTIFICATION OF AN INCREASE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that NEPI Rockcastle
has received notification from Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited ("PIC") of an increase in the number of
NEPI Rockcastle share held by PIC such that PIC's beneficial interest has increased to 16.687% of NEPI Rockcastle's
total issued shares.
