CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Guy Moretti, the chief financial officer of Ellies, and Darren Kramer, an independent
non-executive director of the Company, have resigned from the board of directors of Ellies (the "Board"), with effect
from 8 March 2024 and 6 March 2024 respectively, in order to pursue other opportunities.
The Chairman and all members of the Board wish to thank both Guy and Darren for their valuable contributions and
wish them well in their future endeavours.
