CATEGORY 2 TRANSACTION - DISPOSAL OF SHARES
Shareholders are advised that at 6 March 2024, Lighthouse had disposed of 164 973 138 shares in Hammerson
plc ("Hammerson") for an aggregate cash consideration equivalent to ZAR 1 023 582 998 (the "Disposals").
Hammerson is a UK-based REIT that owns, manages and develops retail centres in the UK, Ireland and France.
Hammerson is listed on the Main Market of the LSE and has a secondary listing on the JSE Limited ("JSE").
The proceeds of the Disposals enable Lighthouse to pursue yield-accretive direct property acquisitions.
The following profitability metrics are attributable to Hammerson for the year ended 31 December 2023:
