RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Lisa
Laporte ("Lisa") has resigned as Adcorp's company secretary with effect from 30 April 2024. The board of
directors of Adcorp would like to thank Lisa for her contributions to the Company over the years and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company has commenced the process of recruiting a new
company secretary and that a further announcement in this regard will be released in due course.
