LISTING OF THE SATRIX JSE GLOBAL EQUITY ETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 7 February
2024 regarding the conversion ratio and the number of issued
securities from the initial public offering for subscription to the
portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
listing of the portfolio.
Issued securities and listing
Satrix JSE Global Equity ETF will issue 415 311 (Four hundred and
Fifteen thousand Three hundred and Eleven) securities, comprising of
the sum total of the cash subscriptions, to list on the "Exchange
Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited, at an
issue price of R68.41 per security, to commence trading on Tuesday,
12 March 2024.
