CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Ziyanda Ngwenya has resigned as the Company Secretary of Crookes Brothers,
with effect from 31 March 2024.
The Company is in the process of recruiting a new Company Secretary and a further announcement in this
regard will be released on SENS in due course. It is anticipated that a new Company Secretary will be
appointed before 31 May 2024.
The Company wishes to extend its gratitude to Ziyanda for her contribution and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
