ERRATUM ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the interim results announced on Friday, 8 March 2024 and
advised that, due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, details regarding the intended offer to
the shareholders of Cognition Holdings Limited ("Cognition"), referred to in the cautionary
announcement initially released by Cognition on 15 November 2023, and subsequently
renewed, were inadvertently disclosed.
For further derails in this regard, shareholders are referred to the renewed cautionary
announcement released by Cognition on 13 March 2024.
The board of directors wishes to formally apologies for this error.
