DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS

Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on 15 March 2024 wherein AOE
advised shareholders that the unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the six months
ended 31 December 2023 were expected to be published on or about 18 March 2024.
Shareholders are accordingly advised that the unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for
the six months ended 31 December 2023 are expected to be published on or about 28 March 2024 after
the conclusion of the audit committee meeting which is scheduled to be held on 27 March 2024.
