SUSPENSION OF LISTING
The JSE wishes to advise that the above-mentioned company has a secondary listing on the JSE and
failed to comply with the JSE Listings Requirements (the "Requirements") by not publishing its year-
end results for 2022 and the interim results for 2022 and 2023 prepared in compliance with the
acceptable accounting frameworks of the exchange where it has its primary listing in accordance
with paragraph 18.21 (c) and (d) of the Requirements. As a result, in terms of paragraph 1.6 of the
Requirements, the JSE has decided to suspend the listing of the company's securities with immediate
as the company has failed to comply with the Requirements.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
