RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Hluke Mthombeni has resigned as company secretary in order to
pursue alternative opportunities. Her resignation is effective from 26 April 2024. The Board thanks Hluke for her
contribution to Resilient and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
The Board has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further announcement in this regard
will be released in due course.
