CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of
paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
change to director responsibilities pertaining to the JSE Board
("Board").
Ms ZBM Bassa has been appointed as a member of the Group Remuneration
Committee of the Board, effective 5 April 2024. As an independent
non-executive director of the JSE, Ms Bassa will continue to chair
the Group SRO Oversight Committee of the Board and serve on the Group
Audit and Group Risk Management Committees of the Board.
