RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR AND AS DEBT OFFICER
Pursuant to paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Mr. Neil William Taylor has formally retired as a director and the debt officer of the Issuer
with effect from 28 March 2024. The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr Taylor for his
commitment and service to the Company over the years.
The board of directors of the Issuer has commenced a process to appoint a new debt officer. A further
announcement in this regard will be released in due course.
