CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 March 2024 and are advised that
Ms Phetsile Magagula has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer of uMngeni-uThukela Water
for a period of three months, commencing on 1 April 2024 until 30 June 2024 whilst Mr Thami Mkhwanazi
continues his role as the Acting Chief Executive. After 30 June 2024, it is expected that Mr Thami
Mkhwanazi will resume his duties as the Chief Financial Officer.
