CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF REMGRO
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
The board of directors of Remgro has approved the appointment of
Mr Carel Petrus Francois Vosloo as an alternate executive director
to Mr Jannie Durand. He will also be appointed as a member of the
Remgro Management Board, both appointments with effect from
5 April 2024.
Mr Vosloo has a BAcc Honours degree from the University of
Stellenbosch and a Master's degree, MComm (Tax) from the
University of Witwatersrand. He is a qualified Chartered
Accountant (CA)(SA) and a CFA Charter holder. He held various
positions at Rand Merchant Bank (A division of FirstRand Bank
Limited) from 2004 to 2022, including co-head of Corporate Finance
and co-head of the Investment Banking division, and was a member
of the Executive from 2014 to 2022. Mr Vosloo joined Remgro in
March 2022, in his current role as Investment Executive.
