CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Francois Olivier and Sedzani Mudau have resigned as non-executive directors of the
Company with effect from 5 April 2024, and that Martin Kuscus and Sefenya Edick Lehapa have resigned as non-
executive directors of Ellies with effect from 6 April 2024.
The board thanks the directors for their contributions and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
