ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGH SECURITIES
SYGH has issued and will list an additional 1300000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately
ZAR 32.10 per security.
Following the listing of the 1300000 securities, there will be 24868505
SYGH securities in issue.
