CHANGE IN AUDITORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that LDP Chartered Accountants and Auditors Inc has been appointed as the
independent auditor to Visual to replace Moore Infinity Inc with effect from 13 May 2024.
The change in auditors was initiated by Visual as part of various ongoing cost optimisation
initiatives in the Company and will result in a significant saving in audit costs going forward.
