CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, debtholders are advised of
the following impending change to the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board").
Albert Essien serves on both the Boards of Old Mutual Limited ("OML") and the Company. Albert will
reach the maximum tenure on the Board of OML and the Company in 2024 and will therefore step down
from the Board (as well as the Board of OML) with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General
Meeting of OML, scheduled for 31 May 2024. The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation
to Albert, who has provided invaluable contributions to the Board and the Company during his tenure
as director.
